Managing Your ADHD in College (MYAC)
Do you struggle to accomplish your work, balance your schedule, concentrate, or advocate for yourself? Do you want to procrastinate less, feel more motivated, and be more efficient? Are you finding it challenging to structure your time and stay on task while we practice social distancing in this stressful time? We’d love to help!
Clinicians within the School Psychology program are offering a 12-week, virtual, small group intervention—Managing Your ADHD in College (MYAC)—to address symptoms related to attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A formal diagnosis is not required. Strategies taught in the MYAC group are useful in many settings (e.g., work, school, social).
Our group will begin on Tuesday, January 25, and groups will meet weekly on Tuesdays from 9:00–10:15 AM. There are a limited number of spots; please reach out ASAP if you think you’d benefit from this group! If you are interested but have limited financial resources, scholarships are available. The best way to get in touch is via email: studentassessmentservices@education.wisc.edu.
