Hundreds of prospective high school and transfer students visit the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus every year in hopes to solidify their plans to be a future Badger. Aside from the normal Admissions Information Session and walking campus tour, CALS also offers a unique experience for students who are interested in the agricultural, life, and biosciences. Students have the opportunity to attend CALS information sessions, CALS campus tours lead by CALS Ambassadors, and CALS Admitted Students Day in April for admitted students.
CALS Ambassadors are passionate, welcoming, and supportive CALS students who volunteer their time to assist prospective students in learning more about unique opportunities and resources in CALS. They share their student experiences with current and prospective students, lead personalized tours of the CALS campus, and bridge relations with CALS alumni.
If you enjoy helping students discover about opportunities at UW-Madison and in CALS, consider applying to be a CALS Ambassador!
